Check-In: Let’s Get You Settled
Hey there, lovely traveler! We’re excited to have you with us. When you swing by, just make sure you have your ID and a valid credit/debit card (used for your booking). Our check-in is super easy – we’ll email or text you with all the info you need on the day of your arrival. Oh, and you’re good to go as long as you’re 18 or older.
During your stay, we’ll pop a hold of $50 (don’t worry, not a charge) on your card for any incidentals. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment for the room has been received.
Check-Out: Time To Wave Goodbye
When the clock hits 11:00 AM, it’s check-out time. If you’re thinking of sticking around a bit longer, chat with us about it. Sometimes we can swing a later check-out, but there might be a little extra fee.
Parking – A Little Tricky, But We’ll Break It Down
We’ve got only few free spots – and it’s first come, first served. If those spots are snatched up, you can use the city street parking with a QR code we’ve got posted at the office. Prices start at $20 + tax per day.
No Smoking – Home Sweet Smoke-Free Home
Quick favor: let’s keep things smoke-free. Our place is all about fresh air and cozy vibes. If smoke sneaks in, we must add a $250 fee.
Damages – TLC For Your Space
While you’re hanging with us, treat your space like it’s yours. We’re all about good vibes, so any damages during your stay are on the responsible guest list ($250)
Pet Policy – Furry Friends And Feathers Not Allowed
We’re huge fans of furry pals, but they can’t crash at our spot. We’re here to make sure everyone has a comfy stay.
Amenities – Little Extras For Big Smiles
Your room has some awesome features – mini-fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dishware, glassware and more – all on the house. Just a heads up, though: if something goes missing or gets a little banged up, we might need to sort it out on your card. Don’t worry, unless it was already acting up before you arrived.
